As team and solo challengers prepare, so can you as a viewer. Here is a suggestion:

1. Go to The Rouges Gallery; you will see that these are ordinary people just like you and me. (Well there ARE a few crazies) This makes for a very relatable event when you can identify with one or more of the participants.

2. Then check out the Challenge Viewer; a video is worth a thousand words. There are many to view.
